Request account opening

User

The Request Account Opening endpoint requests that an underlying account be opened for a
KYC-approved user. This is an asynchronous call - the endpoint validates the request and
accepts it for processing; the final result of the account opening is delivered via the
CONSUMER_ACCOUNT_PROVISIONED webhook.
